We will meet you at your property to discuss your selling goals and provide solutions for the best sale outcome. We take the time to measure spaces, take photos and run through the whole consultation service.

Upon acceptance of our proposal, we curate a design to highlight your homes architecture and floor plan, targeted at the right buyer demographic.

Carefully selected from our warehouse, furniture, art and accessories are packed, delivered and installed with a personal touch.

STEP 3: ready for sale

Working with On Stage Property Styling sets your home sale up for success. Our #1 goal is to maximise your sale price and minimise time on the market. Your property is now ready for photography and marketing.

STEP 4: SOLD

Congratulations! We keep a close eye on the properties we stage as though they are our own. Once the sale has been secured, we will arrange packing and removal of our staging items. We even clean up after ourselves.

May, your styling is fantastic!!! This exactly how I would have loved to have my place while living there!!

I really love how you incorporated my existing pieces in the dining and lounge. The bedrooms look fantastic… even the spare room looks roomy and functional with a double bed.

Bathrooms look modern and have character even while being a small space.

The real estate agent also said that your styling is excellent. One of the groups that came to inspect was a couple and the wife really liked the visual she got from how she could use and decorate the space. They have one other property to look at so we’ll see what happens.

All in all, I love it! To say the least. Thank you! Can’t wait for the photos to get done on Monday!
